CURIOUSITY AND IMAGINATION

Creative Roots

By actively engaging with “other” and avowing things that are not visible to consciousness is what deeply drives my way of guiding people along this labyrinthine path of life. Developing insight into oneself through the creative process by composting an old narrative and viewing the image as metaphor will help to activate one’s curiosity and imagination as a visual tool to educate. The human psyche, our interior world, shares many of the same decay and renewal processes such as composting, decaying, interconnectivity, patterns of behavior and structures that are found in other ecosystems in the natural world.

Creative Sessions

I work one on one with people to help explore the depths of the imagination. This personal exploration into your inner wilderness, one’s own living system or “ecosystem” of the unconscious takes place in an art-making process to activate and unleash the creative energy within.

By applying the idea that humanity is not separate from nature, the objective is to help humanity come to a greater understanding of the decay and renewal process, and see ourselves as living organisms rooted by interconnected relationships in the ecological world in which we live.
